Note of Appreciation
I just wanted to commend your company on your excellent customer service. My wife and I have been looking to buy some boulders for our yard for the past year. We have phoned and visited various companies and have been surprised at the poor the customer service we've experienced. A friend recommended we visit you and we came there this past Monday. We consistantly received excellent service through our whole experience. I wish I knew the names of everyone who served us to commend them to you. Inside the building the gentleman that we asked questions of sent us to the yard escorted by an employee to show us the different rocks we were interested in. As we were indecisive and asked for a minute to think, he explained that he was leaving and introduced us to someone else that would take care of us. (that was Martin). While we were looking at rocks we had 2 other people stop and ask if they could help us. We found the rocks we liked, had them weighed and purchased that afternoon. We had the delivery options explained to us (we still haven't figured out what we are going to do) and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. I don't frequently write "fan letters", but I had to take the opportunity to commend you on your excellent service. I checked for your web site and found it was not up yet. If you decide to add a section of customer referrals, please feel free to use my endorsement. Please encourage your staff on their excellent work!!!

Dear Claudio and Nick (Rock Valley Garden Supplies)
Just a note to say thank you for the great service. Even though we came as a last minute customer, you were able to satisfy our needs that same evening. Your time and arttention was very much appreciated.
Thanks again, and keep up the good work.

Dear Claudio and Nick (Rock Valley Garden Supplies)
For some time I’ve wanted to write you to tell you that you have one terrific staff of workers.
I have never been to any company where I’ve found such cheerful, helpful employees.
I’ve had such fun at Rock Valley, choosing from mountains of rockery.
I look forward to going back in the spring to hunt (for the 10th visit) for just the right rocks.
Yours truly,
Mrs. Joy Gould

P.S. Thought you might like to see a small part of your rocks that I hope to add to next spring.
Thanks again, for making shopping great fun.

Dear Staff at Rock Valley Natural Stone:
I am writing to thank you again for donating the river rocks for my grade one students. They used them to make ladybug garden rocks as Mother’s Day gifts. The children really enjoyed painting the rocks and are looking forward to giving them to their moms.
As part of the grade one curriculum, the students are currently working on a unit about our community. It made them feel very happy when I told them that when you realized the rocks were for local school children, you insisted on donating them to us. It was a good lesson for them on how members of a community work together and care about even the youngest members.
I have enclosed letters to you from my students.
Sincerely Yours,
Lorna Cairns
