Seal King’s Concentrated Bonding Agent is a high solid content, water soluble admixture for use with cement to increase it’s bonding abilities with new and old concrete. This cement modifier strengthens and improves adhesion. Also Seal King’s bonding agent reduces permeability and chloride intrusion, improving freeze thaw resistance. Uses: Repairing concrete, bonding old and new concrete, waterproofing above below grade, sidewalks, walls, bridges, swimming pools, floors and bonding agents for mortar or grout.
